我们支持自签收日起 7天内申请退货退款。若超过7天，将无法提供退款或换货服务。
Returns are accepted only within 7 days after receipt of the product. After this period, we cannot accommodate any returns or refunds under any circumstances.

注文番号や領収書などの購入証明が必要です。
三、不可退货商品

已拆封并使用的酒；
Opened or used products.
開封済み・使用済みのお酒。
礼品卡、折扣码、定制商品；
Gift cards, discount codes, and personalized/custom items.
ギフトカード、割引コード、オーダーメイド商品。
卫生、安全因素相关商品；
Items not suitable for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
衛生・安全上の理由で返品できない商品。
四、退款流程
